StayOra Privacy Policy

This policy explains how StayOra Smart Lodge Booking (“StayOra”), developed by AivoraSoft Technologies, handles information when the software and optional connected services are used.

Local property data

StayOra is property-management software. Core operational information is primarily maintained in the customer's StayOra environment. The lodging business controls the information it enters and is responsible for lawful collection, retention and access.

Google Drive integration

Google Drive backup is optional. When authorized, StayOra requests the Google Drive drive.file permission to create and manage StayOra backup files associated with the application in the user's authorized Google Drive account.

Google user data obtained through this integration is used only to provide and maintain user-requested backup/restore functionality. StayOra does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or advertising profiles.

Google account information and tokens

StayOra may process limited account identification information returned during authorization and OAuth credentials/tokens required to maintain the authorized connection. Customers are responsible for protecting access to the computers and accounts on which StayOra operates.

Backup content

A StayOra backup archive may contain application data selected by the backup process and is uploaded to the Google Drive account authorized by the customer. Customers should treat backups as confidential business records.

Sharing and third-party services

StayOra does not sell Google user data. Information is transmitted to third-party services only as necessary for features the customer enables, such as Google Drive backup or customer-configured remote connectivity. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

Revoking Google access

Users may disconnect/reconnect Google Drive in StayOra where provided or revoke StayOra access through Google Account third-party access controls. Revocation stops future authorized Drive operations until reauthorization and does not automatically delete files already in the user's Drive.

Retention and deletion

Property records and backup retention are primarily controlled by the customer. Google Drive users can manage backup files in their Drive.

Security

Reasonable technical measures are used, but no software, device, network or cloud service can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers must protect Windows and Google accounts, credentials, databases and backups.

Google API Services User Data

StayOra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This policy may be updated as StayOra features or connected services change.
